The digital revolution is the future of preservation. On this new horizon, I am extremely fortunate to work many talented individuals. Following are just some of the projects we are currently producing:

The American Civil War: Stories of Middle Tennessee 

In collaboration with award-winning director Read Ridley, his Film Technology Department at Columbia State, and Tom Lawrence of WAKM, below are a few of the pilots we are creating that feature one of the critical theaters of the nation’s deadliest conflict:

Story Mapping:

GIS Story Mapping enables the heritage tourist, the student, the disabled to take agency in historic site visitation. It is also an engaging way to offer countless stories at the fraction if the expense of traditional signage. Following is an example of an interactive map that my colleagues and I developed:

Community Programming:

Filmmaker Steve Price, the City of Franklin and its Parks Department, myself and others produced this award-winning program that highlighted the multitude of Civil War sites and events available in the Franklin area:
